“ I was very happy with CT dental services one of the reasons being I was able to go after work early evening the parking was simple and the communication via email is very good as well, the two ladies that were working on reception and dealt with my scan were absolutely brilliant a credit to your company and just very nice , Professional and friendly people ”

“ Reasonable price for the services rendered. Parking instructions could have been clearer. It was not immediately obvious which parking spaces were the correct ones. The parking spaces were under diagnostic solutions, of which CT dent is part of. The parking space signs have the CT Dent is super small font not immediately clear, and even if they had been clear, you can only see the signs when the space is empty, so you would drive round endlessly looking for them. On calling the booking line, no one could help with regards to which spaces were the correct ones. It took me 10 minutes to find the correct spaces. ”

“ A seamless experience right from the first email requesting that I ring to make an appointment. My dentist has referred me for a scan prior to placing implants.
I received emails confirming my appointment, giving directions and outlining covid procedures.
I was concerned about parking in Leeds City centre but was able to use the private car park at Jacobs Well where the parking attendant had a parking permit ready for me when I arrived. Large car park and no problem parking. ”
